You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. If you are under 18, use DocDoe with the awareness and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity under your account.

DocDoe is a study product that can create tuition plans, teach supported lessons, organise revision, answer questions, process uploaded material, and generate notes, quizzes, flashcards, explanations, and videos.

Feature availability varies by class, board, subject, plan, and beta readiness. Only material clearly marked as complete should be treated as a complete curated lesson. DocDoe is a study aid, not an official exam board, school, or replacement for a teacher or textbook.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always verify important facts, formulas, citations, and exam answers against official textbooks, syllabi, or teachers. Web answers may include linked sources so you can inspect the evidence.

DocDoe does not guarantee marks, ranks, admission, or exam outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Upload material you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
• Use DocDoe to violate school or exam rules.
• Break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass the service, ownership controls, or usage limits.
• Resell or redistribute DocDoe output as a competing commercial product.
• Upload another person's private information without permission.

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect students, other users, or the service.

You keep ownership of the material you upload. You give DocDoe the limited permission needed to process, store, and display it so requested features can work for you.

Free and paid plans may have different limits and features. The price, billing period, and included features shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Paid checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider.

You may stop future renewal before the next billing date. Ending renewal does not normally create a refund for time already started. Eligibility for exceptions is explained in our Refund Policy.

We work to keep DocDoe reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, paused, or retired for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or product improvement. Long generation tasks can take time and may need to be retried after a provider failure.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DocDoe and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for academic outcomes arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, the total is limited to the amount paid to DocDoe in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or continued use creates a safety, legal, fraud, or security risk. Data is then handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

We may update these terms as DocDoe changes. Material updates will appear here with a revised date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
